1 ½ c pistachios, ground
½ c olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
4 green onions or 2 scallions, minced
½ c fresh parmesan,grated
¼-½ c reserved pasta water
Cook pasta and drain, reserving ½ c of the pasta water. Grind all other ingredients in a food processor or mix in a bowl. Mix with the reserved pasta water and toss with cooked pasta.
