This beautiful pasta contains over half butternut squash! We roast fresh butternut squash and only add enough organic durum wheat to allow us to make the pasta.
This pasta is great with melted butter and fresh sage. Or spice it up with some melted butter and crushed red pepper. Kids love it with melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon!
