This beautiful pasta is made in small batches with roasted butternut squash. The gluten-free base is comprised of white rice, sweet brown rice, and faba bean flour. The faba bean give this pasta a firmer texture and higher protein than store-bought gluten-free pasta. Its light flavor and golden color makes it family friendly.
This pasta is great with melted butter and fresh sage. Or spice it up with some melted butter and crushed red pepper. Kids love it with melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon!
